First-Light USA would like to thank you for your interest in the Test & Evaluation (T&E) 45-day program. T&E products are available to agencies or individual professionals in law enforcement and military organizations, as well as private sector professionals in security, training or retail sales.
To request T&E products, please review the terms outlined below and then fill out the form below. Once received, we will review your request, and if approved, we will send you a 15% off discount code to purchase the light(s)/accessories of your choice on our web site.
After the 45-day T&E period, you may choose to return the light to First-Light USA, as outlined below, for a full refund. If an extension to the 45-days is necessary to complete your evaluation, please contact us before the 45-day period has ended.
NOTE: T&E products are only available to customers with domestic or APO shipping addresses. Please contact us for international T&E requests.
Agency Request - LE/Military Agencies: An approved agency/military group or an individual officially representing one may request a T&E product from First-Light USA on behalf of their agency.
In order to do so, please complete the T&E request form below. The form should be filled out by a person who has authority within that agency to request a test and evaluation product.
Quantity discounts are available, please contact us for further information.
INDIVIDUAL - LE/Military Individuals: Individuals who are employed in law enforcement or the military may request T&E product from First-Light USA for “individual” testing. Individual testing is considered testing that is not “formally” on the behalf of an agency.
PROFESSIONAL - Professional Businesses, Training Organizations, Security Agencies or Retail Stores T&E: If you fall into the above categories, you may request a T&E from First-Light USA.
